Hi doctors, I wanted to say that every morning I get soreness i my right rib below breast bone and I also get shortness of breath. I am 5.4 and 81 kg, typically obese. I am worried it's lung cancer Please help me

I was diagnosed with hypersensitive airways and was prescribed with ventidox m, i have completed the course and its been 2 days since im off the medication and i have started feeling tightness in neck again. So should i continue with the ventidox m or switch to just montekulast for long term ?

Is this hrct normal?? The report will come after a week.. In General I want to know if the hrct plate is alright or not
