As per the given pft report it is an obstructive disorder. Further tests need to be done. For the accurate diagnosis .like allergy test and post bronchodilator pft.

The test , PFT. U , provided is a half test done , post bronchodilator response need to be seen , to prove Obstructive airway disease, need detailed history about your condition, consult for further evaluation.
