Chest & Breathing Problems

I have lymph node TB of the lungs. That got treated my CT scan is normal now. Treatment ended in 2024 sept. On ATT and Even after ATT I have this irritating dry cough sometimes off sometimes on. Does not seem allergic to me also I never had allergies in life before. It only happened after TB started. There is no other symptom than this. What is it? I tried taking 15 days foracort inhaler seems to improve but does not permanently get okay. PFT is normal. No lung damage.

Why treatment has been extended from six months to 3 month extra ...now feeling better no itching on body

I am diagnosed with TB. After one week of HRZE, enzyme levels moved up a lot so meds were stopped. After one by one testing of Rifampicin and isoniazid, I am currently on 3 tablets RHE for nine months. Question is whether these three drugs are sufficient or fourth one is necessary.

Done throat culture 11 days ago...culture shows kleibsiella pneumonia...under treatment on ciprofloxacin 500 mg for 8 days...symptoms reduced but not fully...wheezing still present...what to do???

I HAVE TIGHTNESS IN CHEST AND FEELS LIKE SWELLING IN MY NOSE AND IN MY RESPIRATORY TRACT AND HAVE SHALLOW BREATHING AND IT FEELS AS IF I HAVE TO BREATHE FORCEFULLY AND WHEN I TRY TO BREATHE NORMALLY , I AM UNABLE TO DO THAT IT FEELS AS IF NO AIR IS GOING IN AND MY NOSE IS BLOCKED WITH SWELLING AND ALSO THERE IS TIGHTNESS IN MY CHEST AND DUE TO THAT MY BREATHING IS TOO SHALLOW, BUT MY SP02 IS 98 AND NO CARDIAC PROBLEM OR ANYTHING ELSE AND I DON'T HAVE ANY PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEM I DON'T HAVE ANY PANIC ATTACKS AND THIS PROBLEM IS CONSTANT. I HAVE THIS PROBLEM SINCE 2022 AFTER RECOVERING FROM COVID. PLZ HELP ME PLZZ , NO DOCTOR CAN IDENTIFY WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!

I had stomach upset all of sudden staying alone no took online consulting.dr gave O2 took same 29.10.25 evening next day morning. Next day morning 6 vomit went to MD since ibs patient he stop O2 started rifaximin and wbc 22800 .so did USG 31.10.25 evening ...went to MD again on 01.11.25 he stop rifaximin based on earlier culture of July which also had cystitis and acinetobacter bacteria gave doxyclinine and ofloxacin 400 which was sensitive in July culture so ask to stop rifaximin 400 after 5tablet taken and ask my urologist whom I consulted on 31.10.25 evening he told I am out of town so take zifi cv 200 which next day MD told to.stop after taking Two tablet since given.doxy1ldr forte and ofloxacin 400 Question: doctor changes antibiotics often without.full.course completion if antibiotics are shuffle and not stop base on doctor change to severe condition does it leads to.resistance or not ? And that resistance would be for uti infection bacteria or whole body?? Await reply Thanks

Mother is on anti-TB medication (AKT-4) since 01/10/2025. Her eGFR hovers around 52 and creatinine levels is 0.8 in recent blood report. She is also suffering from hypothyroidism. Kidney condition is known since 2021. Along with anti-TB medication she has been prescribed Nefrosave ( morning and night), Nodosis(night), Electroxin-50 mg (morning), Benadon-40mg (2 pm), ShelCal CT Max, Lobun forte (Probiotic), Zyloric (after lunch), Levofloxacin (500mg) at 3:00 pm, Cilacar 10 mg (morning evening), Mexaone gold injection weekly, Montek FX (evening). We are giving these medicines to my mother and trying to follow religiously the prescription. But it is becoming overwhelming to manage. Can somebody express there view on this treatment plan?
