I'm 37 years old man, weight 85 kg, height 170cm, I have snoring issue for past more then 10 years, I snore loudly while if my mouth closed also, I feel snoring but ,I don't know what is the issue ,I took nasal endoscopy the report is shows reflux that's all

Can you plz tell me after some days of treatment is there any difference between 1 and 2 xrays or both seems same

If doctors prescribed hrct and sputum test  but my patient can not lie straight for 5 min and also have chest congestion shortness of breathe What should I do Should I do only sputum test plz suggest the  right way. When she lies  straight she feels cough attack  shortness of breathe and suffocation

My CT scan report says Thin fibrotic Strans in basal segments of lungs. Final finding says small airway disease, what does that mean?

The report says that my chest xray is normal. As far as my history is :- M27 smoked for 5 years from 2020-2022 about 3 a day and from 2024 august-sep 19 2025 about 7-8 a day. Went to pulmonologist for PFT which was normal in august. Now, my xray shows a round white thing. Whats this? Marked it.

Had dns with sinusitis from past 15 yrs and migraine from past 5 yrs and mild gastric from past 3 yrs i face much problem when i expose to ac i feel like I can't take breath and also i cant say my brain feels like i should come out of it only ac exposure time when i move to normal temp everything will be fine i asked to ent doctor thinking it could be due to sinusitis but he said it might be asthma or some lung related issue i do not have any cough also only breathing difficulty what it could be is it sinusitis only or any other .Chest x ray also done for gastric issue diagnosis  it is normal this difficulty I'm facing from many years what it could be??

My sil wants to get pregnant but she is suffering from moderate obstruction with poor reversibility as per pft reports. Can she become pregnant? Or not? Will this health condition affect her and her baby..?
