Ige serum 2500 and strong allergic react

Dear Ayush Raj, Here are the key insights from your report: - *Blood Disorder*: Monocytes: 0.14 (0.2 to 1.0), Lymphocytes: 48 (20 to 40). Consider a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals to support immune function.   - *Liver*: GGT: 10.4 (12 to 64), Albumin: 5.2 (3.8 to 5), Bilirubin Total: 1.3 (0.2 to 1.2), SGOT/AST: 34.9 (5 to 34). Maintaining hydration and reducing processed foods may benefit liver health. - *Anemia*: RDW (CV): 14.8 (11.6 to 14.0), MCHC: 30.7 (31.5 to 34.5), RDW-SD: 47.9 (35.1 to 43.9). Incorporating iron-rich foods and vitamin C can enhance iron absorption. - *Cardiac Health*: Chol/HDL Ratio: 2.45 (3.5 to 5). Regular aerobic exercise and a heart-healthy diet are recommended. - *Allergy*: IgE Total Serum: 2500 (28.0 to 140.0). Identifying and avoiding allergens is crucial for managing symptoms.

Chest Pain After Inhaler Use

I went to a government hospital for daily morning headaches. I suspected sleep apnea, but they ran an IgE test and said I had asthma, though I never had breathing issues. Just because my IgE was high, they said asthma. An intern prescribed Foracort 200 (formoterol + steroid) inhaler. After starting it, I began feeling chest pain in different areas. Later, after using the inhaler for 3 months, the Pulmonary HOD did spirometry and FeNO, and said I don’t have asthma. To check the chest pain, EEG and 2D Echo were done — both normal. I even stopped the inhaler  one month back, but still pain comes and goes in different areas of the chest. Now I’m confused: Why did I develop chest pain in different areas after using the inhaler?
