Having breathlessness and bronchitis.
I am having breathlessness, bronchitis, constipation, coughing and mucus coughs. I also have asthma since  6 years . Breathlessness so bad that if I walk 10 steps and i feel extremely breathless.

Asthma at this age is an adult onset asthma. But if u r a smoker there is a high chance of having COPD.. Bronchodilator reversibility test and spirometry are advised but given the severity of SOB, we can't perform the test immediately..

Inhalational therapy is advised (LABA+LAMA), Low dose steroid to reduce the inflammation like bronchitis, Mucolytic like NAC (Reduces both inflammation and also works as an expectorant), Antihistamine

1)If smoker, stop smoking. 2)Avoid exposure to cold climate 3) adequate hydration 4) Use inhalation medication properly and regularly with proper technique 5) if there are any comorbs are present, keep them under control 6) Once settled, the above tests are advised and chest xray too
