Hi, Welcome to Practo, Salsol and Duolin neb are given in acute bronchitis but not in all cases. They are prescribed only when you have severe spasm and severe cough that to with inhaled corticosteroid. Duolin is better in severe cases. Duolin has a mixture of Salsol like molecule and ipravent.
