Left lower back pain
Yestrday i m diagnoesd wid left dome of diaphragm is elevated with costophrenic angle is blunted. Dr. Said my lungs are clear in clinical exam. He advised me for HB, TLC, DLC,ESR, Lipid Profile. All came absolutely normal. I don't hav cough, fever. I never smoked. I have pain in left lower back when i take deep breath.

Hi, I get regularly shortness of breath due to cold air or exercise. I use beoncho dialator (100 mg budamate) to get full breathing capacity. Can you suggest some foods or health activity that will help preventing the symptom in the first place. I regularly do 8km+ runs twice a week. Thanks
