Chest & Breathing Problems

My wife was detected with sarcoidoisis last year after bronchoscopy was done. After that no medicine was given to her. She is well now but how to see whether it has gone or not. Please help

From recent couple of days i am having a feeling that there is a mild swelling under the skin just above my areola.. it hurts when pressed and the swelling cant be felt frpm merely looking at it if touched then one can say the area is raised a bit.. There is no other change.. Nothing.. Rest is absolutely fine.. it is unlikely to be a lump the area is soft and hurts when pressed hard.. There is no other visual change and it is on the right side only.. What is this???

I am suffering from Asthma and got this decease as genetics from my mother. I always face following cycle of issues: 1st my throat gets infected where I feel lots of pain & it gets chocked with minor breathing issues and I started coughing. 2nd as soon as I get rid of issues with throat I get caught by sever cold. 3rd as soon as I get recovered from cold my check gets congested with cough & by this time I get captured with sever asthma attack. This was happening with a gap of an year earlier but from past 6-7 months it happened 3 times. It gets recovered using Allopathy treatment but I want to get rid of this disease. I have done pulmonary function test reports have attached here. Can Asthma be cured using Ayurvedic treatment for forever?
