Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, I am facing breathing difficulties for past 3 days. I have no symptom of cough, cold or nasal congestion. Somehow managing to breath through mouth. I can breath well when I sleep but during the day and while working, I face sever issue breathing normally. I consulted a general physician today and he advised to get Pulmonary function test. Results of which are perfectly normal. There is no symptom of having asthma or any related disease. Doctor recommended to try balloon blow exercise and conscious breathing practices. Can somebody advise on further course of actions?

I have got breathing problem, when I get this problem I breath forcefully due to which my legs and hands become cold. I had a checkup with general physician where he said my bp, oxygen, heart beat is normal. In a month I got this problem for thrice, I don't know what to do. Please suggest and help me. This breathing problem almost occurs while am sitting not while walking. I will be alright while am walking or standing.

Nagging pain on elbow joint. Injured while lifting weights in gym. Following RICE. But little relief. Too much pain while lifting weight first time but subdues on subsequent lifts. Weird.
