T wave inversion

Hi, I have T wave inversion . deep Pain in my left chest . No sweating or fatigue . At times my left arm pains . Normal Echo . I was asked to take a Ecosprin and atorvastatin tablet just once around 10 PM yesterday . Today morning I had my TMT . TMT is normal . Doctor said pain could be because of gastro acidic trouble . T wave inversion can be ignored as other tests are good and normal Question : TMT is normal but i took some tablets before 10 hours of TMT test. Will it reduce the effectiveness or the accuracy of TMT test ?

Having pain below ribs

I had met with an accident last week, our car got slammed from the front and due to that there was a sudden impact of my upper body(seat belt saved me). I had visited a muscle/joint specialist and he had given antibiotics n spray but now all of a sudden I've started experiencing severe pain just below my rib cage(both sides). It gets even worse when I lie down. I've been applying the spray but the pain is not subsiding. Please advise what to do.

Broncho Vascular Markings

I am trying to move to UAE. I had a chest xray in 2013 when I had suffered breathlessness along with the cold I had. It says "Both Hila are congested with increased broncho vascular markings suggestive of lower respiratory tract infection with bilateral paracardiac patchy segmental pneumonitis" All other parameters were clear and normal. As the medical approval needs a scar free chest xray, is there anyway that these markings can be treated as scars. I am pretty ok for the past 3 years and haven't experienced breathing problems although I have cold/cough problems intermittently. Also my IGE levels were very high at that time. I have quit smoking for almost 3 years after that incident. Your valuable advice is highly appreciated.
