Chest & Breathing Problems

I feel like I'm developing extra fat at the chest area. I don't work out and that may be the case. The development is not that huge but I have a fear it may develop into man boobs. I have some tummy fat as well. Arms are slim which makes it look even more awkward. Please help

From past one month I am having dry cough, breathing difficulty and mild chest pain in left side. I am taking antibiotics given by general physician but not getting cured fully. The coughing starts if I sleep in particular position or if there is any smoke, like of agarbatti. Also in day time I am alright but at night to morning this problem is there. I also take Divya Swasari cough syrup from patanjali. When I take this there is great relief, even the pain goes away in 2 minutes. But the problem is I am not getting cured fully. Sir please suggest what may be the diseases I am suffering from or suggest any cure.

I feel heaviness on the left side of my chest severely but nothing could be diagnosed till now. I have been suffering this from almost 20 years which shows up once/twice every year.All the diagnostic tests including the CT Angiogram , are of no help , showing that everything is very fine. What could be my problem?

My dad got stroke and in emergency we went to maxcure hospital in karimnager. here they kept my dad in iccu for three to five days and then they did angiogram and said that my dad had four bblocks in three vessels and said angioplasty is not possible and need to do bypass surgery after one month.. i am confused plz suggest me what to do

Hi I'm 26M from Bangalore. I have gynecomastia, I have been doing gym from past 6 months not growing proper muscle. I'm not overweight and not growing beard properly. I feel like im low in testosterone and have gyno(as my chest looks big). He has been called an allergic child by his paediatric throughout. Lately he says it's asthma. I want it to be diagnosed properly. His chest x-ray is clear and haemogram done last week is OK except tlc at 13400 and slight variations in Dlc, pcv, mcv, mch, rdw. According to his paediatric the variation 's are normal.
