My hair are falling due to dandruff i use pantne, head and shoulder but problem is not solving what i will do please let me know

Got some spot's on chest, What is the treatment to this. I have consulted some dr in Vijayawada, they told that this spot's are due to respiratory infection. Problem was not cleared . Want to consult some specialist.
