Middle of chest pain

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I use to get pain in middle of chest and will be there for few seconds also if I bend down or see side wise I use to get .. I had my TMT test and endoscopy... reports look normal after endoscopy Doctor suggest pantocid hp kit and no ulcers and no reflection.. plz suggest if the pain is because of the issue RUT or do I need to consult pulmonologist.. I had shortness of breath 5 months back and used telecast L for 90 days with that issue resolved but now this pain in middlechest has come...

Looks muscular pain.. can use warm water for local pain relief and also some pain relief ointments. You can also take oral pain killers. If still problem persist consult a nearby pulmonologist.
