Chest & Breathing Problems

I have breathing & chest problem from 10 days i have taking this medicin deriphylin od 300 defcort od 12 montamac L tab but no reif

Suffering from cough for about a month. Consulted a physician and took medicines viz Modi 400, Mehfil 16mg, cough syrup chericof for 5 days Slight improvement is there but still cough continues. May pl suggest further course of action

I am having cough from almost 2 months I took few tonics but none helped. I also have runny nose and throat pain from 5 days. Can you please let me know the reason

Having breathing issues, feeling short of breath, numbness and weakness on left side of body (arms, legs, chest), ringing in the ears, fast heartbeat. There was no physical exertion, symptoms have lasted for around 40 mins now. Have had previous incidents where I felt as if heart had stopped beating for a split second before getting back to normal. After that found difficulty breathing.
