Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi recently I realised that while speaking when walking is creating breathing problems like fast breathing Happened once on phone aswell Though It happens very rarely I have anxiety issues as well

Feel anxiety, fear when I get in to closed environment. Door lock Phobia. Feeling breath issue during the panic/anxiety triggered.

I had chest pains under the left breast. only seem to happen at night right as I fall asleep. Once a night. That lasted a couple days then went away. However, I started to have other symptoms. I had a burning sensation in my throat, lots of burping, I felt full even when I didn't eat, can't take deep breaths, gassy. I assume it was indigestion. So last night I took diovol tablets as instructed by a pharmacist. the burn is gone, but I still can't take deep satisfying breaths. I have a tight ches

Can't seem to pull enough oxygen in. I have a cold and I'm coughing up a little bit of phlegm, but very little. It's brown in color. I also have nodules on my lungs. I was told the biggest one is about 5 cm.

How to treat it? What to eat and what to avoid? Any need of avoiding regual day works and if yes then what??

1 YEAR AGO I HAVE SUFFER TV DISEASE , BUT 9 MONTH TREATMENT ITS SOLVED . BUT NOW I'M FELL FURTHER CHEST PAIN AND RH SIDE OF CHEST BLOCKED SOMETIME . KINDLY ADVISE ME .

After 5 to 6 normal Breathing .. want to take a heavy Breath which is very Uncomfortable .. what may be the reason ?

Find to difficult to inhale oxygen normally give more pressure to inhale. Medicine Dr. give montalluckas tablet daily 1. but the problem still going on.

There is a problem when I breathe. My breath has shortened and need a lot of energy to breathe in air.
