Chest & Breathing Problems

I always get a feeling that I'm losing my breath and doctors tells me that I'm breathing well and my pulse is fine but I still lose breath

If somebody has been stabbed in the side of the chest would you lay them on their injured side or their good side when putting them in the recovery position

I was diagnosed with NSIP in 2015. Started taking omnacortil 20mg and Azoran 100 mg(0-1-0). Within 1 year the dose was reduced to 5mg omnacortil and 50 mg Azoran. After a1.5 years we consulted another pulmonologist who prescribed 50mg Wysolone and 100mg azoran (1-0-1). We moved to bangalore 6 months back and recent CT scan showed that there has been a formation of mild fibrosis now. Is there a cure? We suspect that the formation happened due to the pollution in bangalore. What shall we do?

If I step towards to home by step I am not able to breath properly because I have Asthama generally in cold season more but know also I have I am taking seroflow 100 and levolin Rota cap
