Ocd and asthma
Using homoe medicine for asthma. Its getting controlled. Also suffering from ocd since six and a half years. My anxiety and stress, again leading to asthma. In this way asthma not getting controlled since nearly 2 months. Also for ocd using homoe medicine.

Hello ! I would suggest you use inhalers for control of your asthma . And definitely stress is a proven aggravating factor for asthma.  Hence try to have that under control . You can try meditation, listening to nice music , yoga to control your stress levels.  If still persistent then you can take a short course of anxiolytic medication .
