Hello ! You need to start using Inhaler with combination of either Formoterol + budesonide .. or salmoterol + fluticasone .. Some of such inhalers are Budamate, Foracort, Seroflo .. You need to use them for atleast 2-3 months. Also get a Chest x ray and Pulmonary Function testing done.  If you have had Eosinophilia in blood test it is suggested to reconsider the diagnosis and confirm what you have is chronic bronchitis or asthma . In either case, in addition to inhalers , you need to avoid exposure to cold, dust , smoke or any other chemical which can act as an irritant to your lungs and worsen your symptoms.  As far as inhalers are concerned, they are quite safe to use without much side effects as compared to oral drugs . So go for it. Consume only warm fluids . And have a regular exercise regimen , yoga, breathing exercises can help a lot .
