Need a reading for my chest xray for 2 months getting dry cough. Mouth is dry. Low appetite.breathing tooo fast while sleeping or all of a sudden. Not able to sleep

Dear Doctors My AFB -MTB NOT DETECTED SPECIMEN -BAL FLUID My rif xpert tb pcr sputum- mtb not detected MTB PCR test- bal fluid- MTB detected ( very low). HRCT Multilobar multifocal confluent foci of nodules and small foci of consolidation in right upper lobe and bilateral basal segments of lower lobe . No pleural effusion.. Mediastinal paratracheal upto 9 mm,AP nodes upto 7 mm Hilar- nill significant , right upto 6mm and left upto 7mm.. By this report am I infected with TB? Should I continue the TB drugs?? I am puzzled.

Doctors! Having sore throat,block nose, light fever and bodyache since 2 days. Got thick and brown phelgum without coughing. Last year chest xray done. Taking dolo 650 and doing gurgling and vapour. Need to concern?

I was suffering from fever with chills.. Weight reduced . After investigation MTB-detected( very low ) CT scan report as:Enclosed below.. I don't have any other symptoms.. Current treatment regimene 1. Rifampicin600- 1 daily empty stomach 2. Levofloxacin - 1000 mg one daily 3. Ethambutol - 1200 one daily 4. PYRODOXINE 10mg - 1 daily Today I did LFT test after 1 week.. Creatinine -0.82 Sgpt-823 Sgot-408 Alkaline -89 Total bilirubin -1.31 Direct bilirubin -0.19 GGT-122 Total protein-7.7. I am very much worried and tensed.. All my reports are attached below.. Please let me know what to do now? Am I going to get fully cure? Is TB possible without cough,blood in cough also? Whether my liver going to become normal?

I was driving my car and was giving lift to a labourer. He was sitting behind in the car. Car AC was on and glasses were closed. That labourer coughed twice in a span of half hour drive and then I dropped him. After a week of this incident, I traveled three cities through train and came back to my hometown. After coming back to hometown, I got fever for two days and now fever has gone. This is third day after fever and I have slight cough and some weakness, muscle pain etc. Is it possible that the labourer to whom I gave lift for half an hour might have caused TB infection to me? I am not sure whether that labourer was having TB or not. I am also vaccinated with BCG when I was infant but am worried. Is it possible to get TB in half an hour?

Hey , i completed more than one month now by taking tuberculosis medicine, am suffering with abdomen tuberculosis. Am taking Moxiflox400mg Isoniazid 300mg Ethambutol 400mg Pyrazinamide 1000mg Benadon 40mg Ocid qrs 20mg Am a dialysis patient also, but after taking 1 month i dont feel any improvement, still chills, shivering, night sweats, severe nausea, no appetite. Drug was working when i started the medication, i was feeling good then suddenly all symptoms relapse what can be the reason and what to do now?

My mother was suffering  from diabetics and asthma from past 15years, recently getting frequent cough,fever and weakness when CT scan was done,the report says right middle lobe and left lingular segment -s/o peribronchiolitis and sputum test for AFB shows negative ,what else might be causing the infection, please suggest,this will help us to find right reason for sickness

Suffering with abdomen tuberculosis Can we take tb tablets before dialysis? I took empty stomach for almost 2 months then i went for dialysis

My mantoux test result is 28mm x 30mm please clear me is it positive or negative, and ese value is 38 in 1 hour what that mean. Need treatment or not.

Every year twice he get cough for 15-20 days. Doctors gave him Anti allergic or antibiotics but never given her Levolin and Budecort like my kid takes. I tried Budecort on him in last cough and he got better in two -3 nebulisers. This time i am thinking of nebulizing him again. Shall i give levolin/Budecort to him in same way i am giving to kid?
