Probable Pulmonary Tuberculosis
I was suffering from fever with chills.. Weight reduced . After investigation MTB-detected( very low ) CT scan report as:Enclosed below.. I don't have any other symptoms.. Current treatment regimene 1. Rifampicin600- 1 daily empty stomach 2. Levofloxacin - 1000 mg one daily 3. Ethambutol - 1200 one daily 4. PYRODOXINE 10mg - 1 daily Today I did LFT test after 1 week.. Creatinine -0.82 Sgpt-823 Sgot-408 Alkaline -89 Total bilirubin -1.31 Direct bilirubin -0.19 GGT-122 Total protein-7.7. I am very much worried and tensed.. All my reports are attached below.. Please let me know what to do now? Am I going to get fully cure? Is TB possible without cough,blood in cough also? Whether my liver going to become normal?
