Pulmonary tuberculosis
I am suffering from Pulmonary tb AFB - negative Rif- xpert sputum test -negative Bal fluid test- MTB detected very low Intially I was put on Akurit 4 but it caused problem on liver.. Than Levofloxacin 1000 mg per day RIFAMPICIN 600- per day Ethambutol -1200-per day PYRODOXINE 10- one tab per day After taking again lft increased.. ALT-823 AFT-408 Now they stopped -rifamcipin. Now they put me in Clofazimine 100-once daily Ethambutol 1200-once daily Levofloxacin 1000-once daily PYRODOXINE 10-one daily.. They have not given any liver supporting.. Plz let me know whether this combination will cure me fully and for how much duration i will have to continue treatment?

No Clofazimine is not given . Kindly book proper online comsultation for proper TB treatment.

mostly they have to stop clofazamine and can take tab utsocol 300mg tds for liver issue can take inj streptomycin Intramuscular in place of clofazamine and follow up with lft reports once lft is better reintroduction of hrz will be recquire

clofazimine should be replaced by streptomycin .. completely the liver toxic drugs should be stopped then after lft is normalised then they should be introduced . duration depends on drugs which can be used
