I diagnosed with Acute T-ALL, currently in maintenance period which would be completed by Feb 2016.One week back blasts found in CSF but bone marrow is clear. I want suggestion for further treatment. transplant is mandatory r we can go by chemotherapy.

About radiation
I was treated for Hodgkin's disease stage 3b by 12 chemotherapies. Now it's radiation required, radiation doctor suggest me IGRT radiation for my chest and left armpit cause of bulky disease (>7cm). but they ignore other small nodes around my neck. they said that all lumps are dead. Is it right? Do I need 2 opinion?
