Can you help me with the name of the test that helps people to detect chances of early stages of cancer..???

I was detected with CML just a month back. I am not suffering at all.i just went to lab myself to check my hb%and they said your wbc count is about 100000 So i undergo biopsy of bone marrow and it was then finally detected. I m surprised as i dont have any symtoms then or i dont have now after i started its treatment with one tablet daily. Pls.let me know..what future i have?tnx.
