Hello there. Multiple myeloma is a disease of the bone marrow in which something called the plasma cells are affected. Unfortunately the disease is incurable but treatable. The treatment often includes steroids, proteasome inhibitors etc. The treatment is just to make the quality of life little better than it would be without the drugs. Regards
