Dear Doc My father has gastric cancer. He undergone total gastrectomy and chemotraphy 4 years ago. Now, he suffers fatigue and extreme nausea\vomiting. He cant eat anything. What should we do?

My Father at age 68 Suffering from ca GE junction found poorly differentiated CA biospy . Doctor said will operate on coming tuesday. My father unable to bear pain,till that operation can we meet and what food he has to take ,how to bear that pain..any tablets?

Soft tissue mass in right thigh tender to touch for over six months and slowly growing. Surgeon is going to remove and biopsy. Says not lipoma but didn’t do any other tests. coded this as lesion extension, extremity cpt 11400 excuse soft tissue mas r thigh. Should I be worried about sarcoma?

My younger brother experienced a giant cell tumor in right hand shoulder.Tata memorial hospital doctor suggested for shoulder replacement and given a date on 24 Jan.till now he had taken 5 denosumab injection.last injection on last 25 December.when look at face ,I feel something swell in right eye.he does work everything perfectly and no extra problem faced.kindly tell me is there any complicacy in this?. As 15 days to go for treatment we fear to check other doctor.kindly help

My mother is diagnosed with T1/N1 carcinoma in the Buccal Mucosa and N1 to a nearby lymph node in the throat. She underwent surgery and margins of good tissue around the primary tumor was 3mm-5mm, as per the histopathology report. The lymph node showed extracapsular extension in the histopathology report. Owing to CIN (nephritis), Cisplatin is ruled out. We wanted to know if Cetuximab should be considered with RT or is only RT sufficient for this stage? We planned for RT in the coming week.

I’m pretty sure I have HPV. As I’ve had to get a couple warts removed on my genitalia, I’ve had it for about a year. But I think I have cervical cancer as I read some strains of HPV cause cancer. Not sure though, as I can’t get a Pap smear because I’m not 21, I’m only 2 months shy of 21. I was told no from a doctor. But what I want to know is cervical cancer fast spreading? And is it likely I have it? I guess I’m just a big worry to myself.. thanks.

I smoke heavy and sometimes feel asphyxiated and chest pain. I just want to be sure if it's not cancer. Is there any test I can do to check?

CT Scan Mandible & Parapharyngeal. Poorly enhancing SOL with solid and cystic components is seen on left antero-lateral apsect of posterior fossa. MDCT features suggest a neoplastic lesion of left retromolar trigone involving buccal mucosa with erosion of mandibular ramus. Enlarged lymph nodes are seen in level lb bilaterally & left level 2 with a SOL in left antero-lateral aspect of posterior fossa - ? Metastasis

I'm scheduled for a prophylactic mastectomy wit immediate reconstruction and I have two dates to pick, either January 17 or February 26. I was not diagnosed with breast cancer but I got a a BIRADS 3 last time I had a mammogram (4 months ago). If, hypothetically, there is a small tumor would it make a substantial difference in having a mastectomy in February versus January? Thanks for any input
