Dear doctor, My brother feels to have a lump in chest area. Is there any kind of test which we can have before we visit an oncologist, so that doctor can support us with accurate results on basis of that report?

I’m a healthy 24 y/o male. Last November I went in for a testicular exam, where they found a 0.7cm lymph node to the right of my scrotum between it and my thigh. Got a pelvic ultrasound which reported to me deemed it calcified. I’m a Med student, and was learning about Supraclavicular nodes this week - began palpating myself. I can palpate two very small mobile, soft and tender left supraclsvicular nodes and one very small, mobile and tender right one (small meaning like less than 0.5cm). Cancer

I have a thyroid nodule measuring 2x2.1x2.9cm. The report says it’s a solid heterogeneous nodule with solid portions and some cystic portions without microcalifications. The solid portions are of iso or slightly hypoechogenic echotexture. It has well defined contours. No other modules. Does this type of nodule seem benign or malignant. I know only a biopsy will give me definite answers I just want your opinion.
