Docs refusing to remove prostate cancer?

Dad, healthy 74 yo, longtime PSA of 52, finally agreed to a biopsy. Results - no indication in left and “undecided possibility” in the right prostate. Believable or not? He had very bad fever etc. reaction to the drugs, so refuses a rebiopsy. Docs refusing to excise prostate based on above results. Uncle now in chemo for pr. cancer. What to do?

Don't understand results

Hi, I had a colonoscopy in December. I just received my MyChart results and my results aren't overly detailed. Can you please explain what this means. Gastric biopsy 4 fragments of soft tissue Tan, soft, irregular submitted in cassette B1 /KS There was a similar report for the duodenum as well. All the google searches I've done seem to point to cancer, I have a large history of cancer in my family. My dad was diagnosed at 48.

Suggested skeletal metastasis

My female relative, who had breast cancer and had under gone mastectomy, has been having trouble speaking. PET scan report says Hypermetabolic osteolytic lesion involving the manubrium sterni on the left side with associated hypoenhancing peri-osseous soft tissue is most probably suggestive of skeletal metastatis. Multiple tiny non FDG avid solid angiocentirc subplueural parenchyma nodules is both lungs appear suspicious for pulmonary metastates.
