Regarding Cancer Treatment

Hi There, My mother consulted a doctor last week for there is lump(2*2cm) in her left breast. Doctor suggested to do the following tests 1. Blood test - report came as normal 2. CT-scan - report came as normal 3. FNAC - report came as positive DUCTAL CARCINOMA 4. Memogram Doctor says a surgery needed compulsory. Please let me know whether it needs or not.

Suggested skeletal metastasis

My female relative, who had breast cancer and had under gone mastectomy, has been having trouble speaking. PET scan report says Hypermetabolic osteolytic lesion involving the manubrium sterni on the left side with associated hypoenhancing peri-osseous soft tissue is most probably suggestive of skeletal metastatis. Multiple tiny non FDG avid solid angiocentirc subplueural parenchyma nodules is both lungs appear suspicious for pulmonary metastates.
