Thyroid Cancer - My Father Had Thyroid Cancer And His Age Is 43

My father had thyroid cancer and his age is 43 . Last year docter opreate my father and remove the thyroid gland but after the operation simtoms of cancer came back and 6 nodules are seen what will we do now
