Cancer Care and Treatment

I had testicular tumor for which I have been operated. I was under observation. Reports are normal for 6 months now it showed elevated afp 580 and B-hcg 150. I have yet to have ct scan. How many dose of chemotherapy need to be given to me and or any other option. Thanks in advance

My father is diagnosed with the above mentioned disease. Should I go for a second opinion and do the test again from a better pathologist or should I proceed with the treatment.

My question is to an oncologist.My age is 30 years and the girl's age is 28.My question is related to my marriage proposal.I am very much confused to take decision beacuse the mother of the girl had expired due to breast cancer. The cancer had diagnosed at the age of 45 and after 5 years of treatment i.e. at the age of 50 her mother expired from breast cancer. As this breast cancer can be genetic disease also and on Google there are several article where it is written that the chances of breast cancer to a daughter is double then in the normal cases.I am working in IT sector and the girl is working in a bank.This informtion is just to brief you about the background. So sir/ma'am please suggest what to do in this case. (1).What are the chances of getting breast cancer in the girl (2).What are all the preventive measures that we need to take if I will go forward and accept this marriage proposal case.

My relative is suffering breathlessness even while talking.Treatment is ongoing in AlIMS delhi.He was told earlier that respiratory tube is blocked 90 percent. Biopsy report "Subglottic mass biopsy shows fragments partly lined by respiratory .pithelium with foci of squamous metaplasia with fibrosis and mild chronic inflammation in the subepithelium. Lower lip biopsy shows stratified squamous epithelium with mila chronic inflam.in subepithalium. Please Diagnose and suggest.

My father had thyroid cancer and his age is 43 . Last year docter opreate my father and remove the thyroid gland but after the operation simtoms of cancer came back and 6 nodules are seen what will we do now
