Please explain: pathology results: 30% lymphocytes comprised of 3% B cells positive for CD19 with polytypic expression of kappa and lambda surface light chains, 81% T cells positive for CD3 and CD5 with a CD4:CD8 ratio of 3:2 w/o significant loss of mature T cell antigen expression and 14% NK cells positive for CD16/56 and neg for CD3. Blood smear contains scattered small mature-appearing lymphocytes.

I have a recurrence medulloblastoma spinal cord Cancer cells found in my CSF cytology. And I have a leptomeningeas of the brain and spine. I’m 13 years old currently on TERN chemotherapy (irinotecan and temozomide) for 12 days everyday and 6 days brake starting my 4th cycle on monday. No neurological impact. Can’t maintain posterior when eyes closed standing And have bilateral foot drop post op 2016. Be honest please please is chemotherapy even going to work again

Hi sir, My father was having parotid swelling. Last month surgery was done and they removed and sent for biopsy. Few days back biopsy reports came and they informed us it's low grade cancer. Doctors told us to go for radiation treatment for 6 weeks(5days per week). Final Impression in biopsy report was "left total parotidectomy specimen, low grade adenoids cystic carcinoma,pT2 pN0,margins involved by the tumour." Could you please let us know is it really required radiation? Or any other way to cure the decease? Please find the attached reports for reference. Thank you.

I have fibrosis on my breast right on is almost 2cm and on the left one i have 6 they are small the think is they are specified as in between not bad and not good the think is the doctor didn’t give me any medecins or something to follow they told me that my body produces thos fibrosis and then the possibilty to have something similar to cancer or a cancer is about 50%

I am 24 and in good health with no other symptoms. I can palpate two left supraclavicular nodes, firm, mobile and small (less than .5 cm). Sore throat ended a week ago. Concerns for stomach cancer? Nl chest, abdominal xray and bloodwork reported.

O/E - Pulse: 116 BP: 127/65 TEMP: 37.6 RESP: 13 Blood sugar: 2.5 I'm a non diabetic don't drink or smoke and not on anything to lower blood sugar or any medication. Recent weight: 54kg Height: 5.6 ft I done a home fasting 72 hour test and at 25 hours my blood sugar dropped to 2.2 I can prevent this with glucagon IM and what condition could be causing this - cancer ???

Hi. I had a hysterectomy 16 mos. ago for cervical cancer, stage 1A1 with LVSI, which scared me. Dr. said no further treatment needed. My 1 year check up is coming up, and I am very worried because I have a watery discharge. It is not excessive, but a small spot on underwear about twice a day. Often accompanied by white as well, but no so much in last few days. This has been going on for a few weeks. My appt is not for 2 weeks. Could this be normal? I have both my ovaries. Thx, Erika

I m 23 yrs unmarried female... My CA 125 is 21.90.. and there is a cyst in my right ovary of 5.5 cm..and minimal free fluid in pelvis..Is it necessary to remove cyst with surgery..or can shrink with medicine.. and is it cancer or not..as my CA 125 test is 21.90.. Plz help me..

Acoording to this report, what should be the initial tretment for the patient? How much time will it take to recover.
