Involving left and right side of body of uterus 2.Left Fallopian tube -lumen shows tumour embolus 3.lymph node (1/16). Show metastatic adenocarcinoma remaining nodes negative for malignancy . When do doctors choose fine needle aspiration and when do they choose core needle biopsy ?

Hi, My father is a regular gutkha (tobacco) consumer (5-6 packets a day) and also consume 200ml alcohol twice a week. I am worried about his health.
