My mother in law undergoing chemotherapy sessions for the 2nd time, her skin burns and itches badly...is there any home remedy or medication for this ?

Can a physical exam by oncologist or general surgeon for a lump in breast or in neck detect if it is cancer or not ?

My mom is having squamous cell carcinoma esophagus cancer of stage III C(1 mnth before) her age is 48 and weight is 35k Our doctor tried for the surgery but could not happen because of the cancer near the aorta so they inserted a food pipe in her stomach for liquid diet.I'm afraid that my mother would not survive the CT+RT therapy. what shold i do?

Post weatherising hysterectomy histopathology report shows 1.Endometriod adenocarcinoma , moderately differentiated infiltrating more than 50% of the wall. Involving left and right side of body of uterus 2.Left Fallopian tube -lumen shows tumour embolus 3.lymph node (1/16). Show metastatic adenocarcinoma remaining nodes negative for malignancy . Does core needle biopsy require a stay in hospital ? And does it require anesthesia ?
