Cancer Care and Treatment

Dear Doctors I'm male 33 years old I was doing routine health check up and noticed change in tsh levels..and undergone T3,T4 and TSH followed by ultrasound neck and FNAC . I have attached these reports. Discovered that right and left nodules in neck. Currently I am on Neo Mercazole 10 tablet and I don't have any problems such as swallowing.etc. I'm perfectly alright and only thing swollen thing appears on neck skin which is not much visible at this moment. My queries :: 1) Could you please please advice me what next needs to be done on this neck nodule. 2) Should I undergo TC99 thyroid scan for further diagnosis or after a month t3,t4 and tsh needs to be repeated and observe next step. T3 - 1.98 ng/mL (0.80 to 1.78) T4 - 12.17 ug/dl (6.09 to 12.23) TSH - 0.14 uIU/mL (0.34 to 5.60)

My mother is a endometroid cancer patient. She had a routine CT scan done today to keep a track of disease status. The report results said that my mom has mild omental fat stranding in the abdomen. It also said there were dark spots and haziness in the left and right side under the midline of stomach. What does this mean? Rest everything was stated as normal.
