Hello Dr. Radhika here I had parotid gland tumor now it's completely cured by surgery n radiation.. Now same tumor reoccurred in left lungs which was 15 cms after chemotherapy of gem its reduced to fluid type nacrosis. Chemo Dr is suggesting surgery.. But my surgeon is against that. Please advise what is best line of treatment and also please let me know in this stage is it completely curable. Your advise will be more precious and appreciated at this moment. Thank you
