Is this disease dangerous doctor or is it a cancer? I'm worried about it.(nonhealing ulcer on lateral border of tongue biopsy says: Biopsy reveals a malignant epithelial tumor showing moderately differentiated squamous cells arranged in sheets and islands with moderate degree of anaplasia)

My father is diagnosed with prostate cancer. I have the biopsy, PET-CT scan reports. Case of carcinoma prostate, Gleason`s score 5+4=9,  serum PSA 22ng/ml (pre TURP PSA 77ng/ml). Can you please help me with the medication to start with. What type of therapy is needed in this case. Can this be improved to reduce the cancer spread.

I am 22 year old female . I have 1 visible and 1 invisible lump in my left armpit. Both are tender to touch and slightly painful and have been there for 2 weeks. The visible lump is small, the invisible one under skin slightly bigger. Both come under thick skin fold when pinched to check origin. I don't have any medical condition currently. Have had typhoid, chicken pox, hepatitis in the past 3 yrs but they are gone now. I don't have a heart problem. I need to get my diabetes checked though. Please suggest.

I want to ask one question to cancer doctor that my wife was taking regular follow up with  doctor for 3rd cycle of chemo. But what hpn suddenly that her kidney function and BP going to low... And now she is no more. They did cbc on previous day at evng and something hpn at next morning and she passed away.
