I have a question about my grandma. She has stage 4 colon cancer mets in liver. She was doing good up until a few week ago. She got very week and memory issues and last week a cough. She was taken to the hospital 2 days ago and he has an pneumonia. She had a fever but it went down her blood pressure flucuates a lil but they said its good. Will she recover from this?

I have a medium size white fluid Lump on my testicules. It doesnt pain but makes really uncomfortable. What shall be done to lump removal?

I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer 4 years ago.It was 80 percent ER positive.I completed a course of chemothreapy and radiology a long side tomoxifen.i ve been under regular monitoring such as CEA level till then . In my last check up three month ago my doctor ensured me that everything is okay.After an accident i had a y scan which revealed metastatic relapse of diesease at multiple bones so i started another course of radiothreapy.should i stay on tomoxifen or i need to change my plan?

I went to doctor for hydrocele purpose but after examining he recommended to go for blood checks for testicular cancer. I have serum LDH 1700 u/L, beta hcg 430.40 miu/ml, afp 1.28 iu/ml, i did ct scan for abdomen pelvis and thorax but report were normal. Sonography says i have large isoechoic soft tissue mass lesion measuring 12.7x9.0x11.3 cm noted in scrotal sac predominantly in right side. Pls advise whether its hydrocele or testicular cancer.
