Stage 4 recurrent triple negative breast cancer. First diagnosed in 2010, lumpectomy in 2010, again a malignant tumour in 2014, which was treated with chemo, lumpectomy and removal of adjacent lymph nodes, and radiation. Relapse of tumor in 2016. Startd chemo, after 4 cycles, the tumour spread to the skin of the breast. Stopped chemo. Started on hormonal drugs. Palbo and letroz. Had a subdural haemorrhage in oct 2017. Post surgery she complained breathlessness. Diagnosed with bening pleural effusion. Fluid was removed in dec 2017. Jan 2018 she was again hospitalised for pleural effusion. Its been a lonth that a catherer is inserted in her body was the fluid is being drained in the lungs since ghen. Averaging 600ml daily. What is the prognosis of this and how could we treat her for the same. Pleuradasis is not possible till the fluid doesnt come down to 150ml.

Can plan for pleurodesis... Has a PET CT scan been done? Please consult
