How to confirm benign

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Lymph node enlargements of size more than 1cm in both armpits and inguinal region. High ESR and weight reduction near to 5 kg. USG says benign. Should I take any further tests to confirm that it is benign. If yes what tests can confirm benign?
