Lymph node and fever
My husband is having lymph node swelling over his collar bone in the neck which is changing shape.he is also having continuous fever 100 from 4 days.we had done fnac test and CT scan which came as reactive lymphsitis.. After taking antibiotics for 10 days doctor stopped the medicine stating node will reduce but it is not. Current situation is fever continues and lymph node size has increased..what could be the possible reasons and if we refer oncologist then what type of oncologist??

FNAC shows reactive lymphdinitis. Fever present. Get one CBC and blood culture. Is there any cough or running nose. Any abdominal pain. How much is the fever and what are the frequency and time of day. Can you tell size of lymph node and how it feels.
