Small lump
I have a very small lump belowe my chest
Its been a year ive noticed it, it cant been seen but can be felt, doest not pain untill touched very hard
Yesterday out of curiosity i tried to squeeze and press it hard and now it's swollen from inside
Other than that i have no any other symptoms
I am really worried, as ive read a lot on internet about what it can be soooo.
I hope its not cancerous like Liposarcoma
Please give me a proper answer so that i dont overthink
