Histopatholy reveals invasion of islands of dysplastic epithelium with cellular and nuclear plemorphism, nuclear hyperchromatism, few keratin pearl formation and 1-2 abnormal mitosis/high power field of microscope in highly cellular and vascular connective tissue stroma. The overall histopathological features are suggestive of “Moderately differentiated sqaumous cell carcinoma”

Started experiencing some pain the past 2 days in my left breast.. i then felt a big lump and started to worry and decided to have a mammogram and an US to make sure there is nothing. And discovered 4 lumps .. i will attach the report as im very worried whether these could be cancerous or could turn in to cancerous cells later.. the dr that wrote the report said that i have tendency to turn into cancerous ( there isfamily history, im 32 yrs oldPlease tell me if i shud worry and see oncologist

Hello doctor, My father is of 75 yrs of age. He has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. His current PSA test result is more than 1500ng/ml.
