Breast Lump
I feel a lump in my breast left and right side .. I did a ultrasound image and it appeared a mass . Can a physical exam by oncologist or general surgeon detect if it is cancer or not ?

The usg and mammography may be helpful in screening for breast cancer initially. You can consult either a medical oncologist or a surgeon who deals with breast cancer.
