Prostate cancer with very high PSA
Hello doctor, My father is of 75 yrs of age. He has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. His current PSA test result is more than 1500ng/ml. Alkaline phosphatase value 294 u/l, Gamma glutamyl transferase 95.8 u/l. Please, guide us what to do. Will vidamin D intake will reduce Alkaline phosphatase level? Pls reply soon. Regards,

What are his symptoms? Is he having any bonny pains? He needs to get himself tested and treated at the earliest. Please consult for further advise

Would urgently suggest to meet oncologist and get treatment initiated . Vit D will not help as all deranged values are due to Malignancy itself.
