Hi, My father is 75 year old and diagnosed with urothelial prostate cancer. Please suggest best treatment for him. And is that cancer is spreadable or affect other organs too?

Please share the reports , if it’s a urothelial cancer we may need further active treatment , as that could be an aggressive tumor .
But if it’s of other types of usual prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma ) we can consider less aggressive options as this amis a slow growing cancer .
Please share all available reports including blood reports PSA and also his general condition based on that we can decide the line of CV treatment .

Are you sure it's an Urothelial Prostate cancer
Would like to revise the biopsy reports
And if it is an Urothelial carcinoma than PSMA pet ct would.prefer u to get a FDG PET CT or.mri abdomen and pelvis.
