What is the meaning of HR negative, PR negative, Her2 negative..And tell me what stage it is... Found invasive ductal carcinoma..

I have a very small lump on my thigh, near the knee joint area. It's been there for about 1 and a half month now. It doesn't pain on pressing. Could it be because of cancer. Do I need to consult a doctor?

I have been diagnosed with very low levels vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. I have been prescribed with multi vitamin tablet for 3 months to increase my B12 level. In the pack, it's written Methylparaben IP and Propylparaben IP as preservatives. I read from online sources that parabens are carcinogenic. Some studies have shown that breast cancer biopsy had traces of paraben. Hence should I take those tablets with risk or is it safe to consume?

No significant FDG avid distant metastasis.
