Cancer Care and Treatment

My mother is undergoing Chemo+Target therapy for Breast Cancer treatment. Its weekly cycle every Friday. She is having sore throat and also had fever 100 C in last 2 days. I would like to know if one can take a break of 1 week in Chemo+Target therapy without risking any effects of the therapy.

My son aged 5 yrs 10 monthshas had a recurrence of Ewings Sarcoma (left distal end of radius) after undergoing 16 cycles of chemo from Feb 2019 to March 2020 at a leading hospital in Kochi. CT Scans of the chest and abdomen do not show any growth of the disease. Per doctor's, bone marrow test result will decide the course of radiation therapy - palliative or curative. Chemo was going on quite well and this recurrence was totally unexpected since an earlier bone marrow test in June 2019 turned out to be negative. Kindly provide likely prognosis and suggestions as soon as possible. (Attached CT scan report and biopsy report)

I do have left lymp node swelling from last 20 days pain while drinking hot and ear pain, i took antibiotics but 20% relief some time it becomes small some time same, i had sore throat. And red throat but now now redness reduced, but Swelling not yet heal properly. Whats can be the cause? I am smoker 4 cig per day. My gp suggest to take madrol but do not want to take... Solid tumer on right chest .My 1st question is that can I remove  either tumer part only or whole chest .This is the early stage of cancer My 2nd question is that After I removed solid tumer then  how many possibility that cancer cell regerate?

Respected sir... I have a hard,immovable lump  below the skin on my left forearm ,slightly above the wrist ...Area near this lump is swollen..The lump in itself has not grown,but area surrounding it got swollen afterwards..what it could be???what to do now??

Sir I have heavy gastric problem and both legs pain will pain all time. So can I make a once a pet ct scan to clear all my dout , In 1pet ct scan is dangerous or risk may I know. And I did endoscopy 5month back normal. I was scared Plz let me know. I want to clear all my dout plz.

My mother having mass lesson on outer surface of bladder.having lower pain.now cystoscopy is done.this showing infection in bladder..also she having two times bleeding in urine 20days gap.after cystoscopy and biopsy is not having pain.now biopsy report said that that piece having spindle cell.and urothelial lining. Lab dr.said take senior dr opinion and do immunohistochemistry.No w she is not having bleeding and irrigation in urine.ao please suggest me what is this.I attached some report of biopsy and CT scan and pet scan.also we didi pet scan in September 2019 that was normal.please tell me right advice.

Hi Sir/Madam, Could you please let me know is there any risk of cancer from hair color? Is it true that using hair color for 5 - 6 years could increase the risk of cancer? Thanks, Monojit
