Dear Sir / Madam, 2 months back, we have found lymph nodes on my son neck. we consulted ENT doctor and she has  given 5 days antibiotic and pain reliever. After that as adviced by docter we have done with neck ultrasound and CBP Please find the below ultra sound report . Bilateral parotid and submandibular glands are normal in size & echotexture.  There are small volume intraparotid lymph nodes of short axis less than 3 mm. No other focal lesion seen. There are small volume bilateral cervical lymph nodes with preserved fatty hilum in level II, III, and V, largest measuring 17 x 6.4 mm in right level II and 16 x 5.6 mm in left level II. IMPRESSION :* Bilateral cervical lymph nodes - Likely reactive nodes. He do not have any cough , could and fever No weight loss, no Appetite loss, no night sweats Seeking your advice on the above:  Is it really require any FNAC and Biopsy. Attached CBP

Had gone conservative breast surgery after detection of ER+ pR + positive. Lump two yes back. Chemo. Radio done , right side. My right upper arm still num and sometimes I feel a nodule in right underarm

She is observing black stool every day. What is the reason for black stool?? Due to usage of tablet cyra it, whether the black stool is appearing?? I have problem in my chest last 10 years i feel small sizes ball in my chest it may be lung cancer cause kindly suggest what we do pain regularly increasing.

My son was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma in left wrist in Feb 2019 and was on chemo with VAC/IE regimen and had completed 16 doses after which a local progression occurred in the same area. Radiation therapy(radical 31 doses) started 3 weeks back with VCR chemo and a bone marrow biopsy was done about a month back. A MSI test was also done last week and it looks like chemo cannot be done post radiation therapy as there is no loss of nuclear expression of MMR proteins. Moreover, we were told that immunotherapy may be done. Kindly review biopsy report and PET scan report and advise what other courses of action can be considered.

I have very much fear of cancer... My age is 21 male ... I'm a 2nd year medico... I've seen my granny dying from Brest cancer 2 yrs ago... Now I use to see cancer patients in my collage... My weight is 85 ...height is 5'11 Plzz help...my phobia is extending very much.. I started having bad dreams about the disease ... N anxiety level is increasing Plzz help

Fluctuating body temperature in evening from 98.6 to 100.3 for over a month. Last year in May, Radical nephrectomy was done for right kidney. Since then, all routine checkup reports are normal. Last creatinine test was done on 28th March, creatinine 1.25 mg/dl Recent fever trend is not normal. We are worried if there is anything else. Is it related to Cancer or anything else. Please guide on what checkups can be done to rule out serious disease. Mumbai covid situation is bad, we are not stepping out for consultation.

Dear Doctor I'm suffering from Giant cell Tumor in lungs and right leg . In lungs i had diagnosed on 2019 feb , in leg 2014... Now since 2019 October every month min 5 kg weight loss is happening..I was 80kg now I have come down to 45kg .. Biopsy report says Tumor is benign it has not turned to cancer. Now how do I stop weight loss which is happening every month.
