Uterine cancer can be diagnosed with CECT abdomen and pelvis or MRI abdomen and pelvis.
Next Steps
If any suspicious lesion found on the scans then kindly go for D&C and endometrial biopsy.
If cancer is detected on the biopsy report then PET to rule out any metastasis and can plan treatment accordingly.

A Contrast Enhanced CT Scan of the Abdomen+Pelvis will detect a lesion if any any. Further investigations like Biopsy if warranted will help to prove it’s cancer or not.
