Need to confirm the diagnosis by USG guided trucut biopsy from the breast lump as FNAC is inconclusive and USG of breast showing breast lesion and axillary nodes .
She also requires whole body PET CT scan to see extent of the lesion and any spread to other organs to decide on the treatment course.
